The Buddhists meditate. The relaxation gained from smoking cigarettes has been shown to be because of the metered breathing. The granola hippies do mindful meditation. But there is also just starting easy, get a fish show. Take time each day to watch your fish show. Maybe name em, maybe not. It really doesn't matter. Plant some plants. Put some rocks in there. Watch your plants. Watch your fish. Move the plants around. Move the rocks around. Just sit and watch and if you do nothing and nothing happens, return the fish, we will watch them for you.
